Purpose & Commitment
The purpose of this policy is to outline TRS’s approach to returns and refunds claims for products and equipment supplied or installed by TRS. It ensures transparency, consistency, and compliance with the Australian Consumer Law, while providing clear guidance for customers and staff on their rights and responsibilities.
